One-eye ~ 70 ~ Elder ~ ThunderClan ~ Tom One-eye hated being cooped up in the elder's den. He was just as fit and capable as any other damn cat in ThunderClan. Just because he had won an epic fight with a rabid beast didn't mean he had to suffer out the rest of his days in the old folks home. Sure, Elders are respected, sure Elders eat first blah blah blah whatever.; One-eye wanted to share his battle scars and stories with warriors not with the kits he had to baby sit or the apprentices who changed his bedding.
In a huff, One-eye made his way out to the camp and flopped down in a pile on the opposite side from the entrance so he could watch and be bitter. He would go to the next gathering. Elders didn't have to be invited by the leader like apprentices and warriors. He could just go if he wanted to. and he did.; Want to. Go... He made up his mind and that was that. he would show ThunderClan that he was still strong and he would show the other Clans that ThunderClan was still strong.
As he ran through this in his head, he was externally (and subconsciously) doing that thing where your head bounces around because you are having an hoity-toity argument in your mind. Let's just say, he looked like a duck.

Slipping free from the Medicine Cat’s den with a gentle smile pulling at the corners of her mouth, Silverflower made her way through Thunderclan’s camp and towards the kill pile. Stonepaw had returned from his most recent hunting patrol not long ago, and she was eager to see what sort of prey her son had run down. A soft laugh left her as she picked out a fat mouse with more than a little of Stonepaw’s scent still on it. With as large as it was and as finicky an eater as Silverflower was, she knew she would never finish the entire thing in one setting.
Her tail-tip gave a twitch as the bright eyed she-cat looked around the clearing, this time for potential companionship. One-eye wasn’t the first to catch her eye, but the older tom seemed to be in the most need, from her perspective. As warm and doting as ever, Silverflower slipped off to join him, and settled down about three mouse lengths away.
“Look what Stonepaw caught today,” she purred, a gentle quiver tracing down the length of her spine, making her tail-tip flick back and forth rapidly by the time it reached the end of her body. She was excited to see her children grow, but it pained her in many other ways. “He’s a much better fighter than he is a hunter,” Silverflower confessed, “Do you think his mentor has been teaching him well enough? You would… know better than I,” her slim shoulders bobbed in a shrug, and Silverflower slowly pushed the chunky mouse closer to One-eye while resting her head on her other forepaw.

One-eye ~ 70 ~ Elder ~ ThunderClan ~ Tom She had approached the one-eyed tom from his good side so he had been able to see her coming. But he hadn't been able to stop his dumb expression when she chose a spot close to him. A large mouse hung from her jaws as she lay on the ground next to him. “Look what Stonepaw caught today,” One-eye left his mind and his torment behind as he glanced down to the mouse she placed before him. It was impressive but if I'd been out hunting I would have brought three of those back. One-eye couldn't stop himself from thinking harshly. Stonepaw was still young and the mouse was impressive for his age.
“He’s a much better fighter than he is a hunter, do you think his mentor has been teaching him well enough? You would… know better than I.” One-eye's accident had happened not but a few days after Silverflower's kits had been given their mentors so he hadn't had a lot of time to get to know them. "I'm too cooped up inside this stinky place to know one way or the other." If the dusty tom sounded bitter, well then you are spot on.

A quiet purr was still present inside of Silverflower’s throat as her eyes drifted to the apprentice’s den, perhaps trying to spot her son to see if the success of his hunt still showed in his face and posture. Her kits were proud of their accomplishments, as any apprentices would be, but none of the three could match Silverflower’s excitement for something as small and insignificant as their second cricket caught as kits. Filled with warmth, the she-cat eventually looked back to One-eye in time for his response, though she had missed his expression upon her arrival.
I’m too cooped up inside this stinky place to know one way or the other,” The tom’s words weren’t what she had expected, but at the same time, she had become familiar with the prickly tone One-eye sometimes took with others.
”Oh, I- I had just…” she struggled and tucked her forepaws underneath her chest, turning her head to look away form him to try and figure out what she was supposed to say. Some Elders were more difficult to navigate than others, and from her standpoint, One-eye was among them. It didn’t stop her from trying.
”You have such experience, I only--…” Slowly, her ears began to fold back over the top of her skull.
