ANTLERHEART AGE 28 Moons GENDER Female CLAN RiverClan RANK Warrior SHORT DESCRIPTION long-furred brown and white she-cat with calico markings and blue eyes. APPEARANCE Antlerheart, though robust in appearance, isn’t quite as big as her pelt would lead you to believe. The she-cat is slender with lean muscle lining her body and legs. The she-cat is nimble, and moves with practiced grace and fluidity. Though strong, Antlerheart’s real talent is her agility; using her speed and nimble-paws she can often out maneuver and dance around her prey and enemies.
Her pelt is thick, longer-furred and muddled with an odd combination of colors. The majority of her pelt is a rich cocoa brown with darker points on her legs and tail. Her under-parts (belly, chest and neck) are a bright white, but the most characteristic marking on the she-cat are the black and ginger calico patches around her face and head. The she-cat has a distinct, eerily straight line that runs down her face. On the top, ending just before her eyes, it’s separated ginger on the right and black on the left. From her eyes down the line separates black on the right and finger on the left. Orange patches can be found around her cheeks and neck, but don’t go further past her neck.
Her eyes, believed to be the result of either ragdoll or Siamese in her ancestry, are a deep, sultry blue.
PERSONALITY Antlerheart isn’t shy about much; an extrovert by nature, the she-cat is outgoing, forward and very chatty. Antlerheart is social and happily strikes up a conversation with anyone – even those outside her clan. Her bright (and rather cheerful) attitude is often infectious, making her warm, welcoming, and even alluring. She can be classified as forward and has little boundaries – personal or otherwise – and seems to know the scoop on everyone. Not to be alarmed, though, Antlerheart can be rather forgetful, and just as fast as she weasels tantalizing information out of someone she can just as easily forget it.
Like anyone Antlerheart has her quirks. She is day-dreamy and can be hard to get to focus; she often ‘follows the wind’ and wanders aimlessly as if the winds were guiding her; often found staring transfixed at the ground, examining the smallest of insects, plants and details; lets her gut do the leading – just to name a few. She is endlessly fascinating, but can be challenge to most to figure out.
She is both intelligent, witty and perceptive, but often discards her knowledge in lieu of listening to her gut. It’s not that she believes her intelligence is worthless, but Antlerheart finds more enjoyment in trusting her baser instincts. Tandem to that, Antlerheart sees no value in lies. Raw, unfiltered truth (even in the bluntest of forms) is all that the she-cat bothers with. She, of course, doesn’t mean any harm in anything she says, but she’s likely to offend someone sooner or later.
Not much phases Antler, and as a whole, she is rather unflappable. Her calmness make her good in a pinch and under pressure, allowing her to think on her feet. Combined with her intelligence, perception and instincts she can make for a deadly foe if push comes to shove – though you wouldn’t know it looking at her.
Friendly, but not a pushover or one to take being scorned lightly, Antlerheart can be bitter. She won’t go out of her way to be rude, and certainly wouldn’t ever harm someone, but she’ll happily withhold information or keep her opinions, advice or otherwise to herself and watch the outcome. It’s not something she’s proud of, but she’s guilty of it none the less. Despite how social she is, Antlerheart is independent. She doesn’t find herself willing, or wanting, to rely on others. She’s quite content to be on her own.
[Extrovert, Chatty, Bright, Spirited, Quirky, Day-dreamer, “Listens to the wind”, Loves the little things in life, Curious, Intelligent and quite perceptive, but rarely retains information (prefers to listen to her gut and instinct), unique perspective; thinks outside the box, Honest (but creative), Unflappable, Forgetful, Willing/limitless, Independent, will keep her opinions to herself if you’ve scorned her and she knows your walking into trouble?? She gets bitter and won’t share her thoughts with you, disorganized]
HISTORY
- Born to Posystrike & Snailfur of RiverClan
- Only had one littermate, a tom named Fenkit
- Antler's personality quickly became apparent as a young kit. She would chat the ears of of warriors and elders alike and spend uncountable hours observing -- even the silliest and littlest of things. Her favorite thing to watch were the bugs and the birds.
- Made an apprentice at 6 moons with her brother. Given to a tom-cat named Bassbelly.
- Antlerpaw understood concepts and could apply things she learned rather quickly, but to get the she-cat to pay attention was a challenge in itself for her mentor.
- Fortunately for Antlerpaw, Bassbelly had a good sense of humor and the patience of a saint. He stuck through all of Antlerpaw's quirks and nurtured the potential and strengths he saw in the she-cat.
- Antlerpaw excelled in both swimming and battle-training but was never much one for hunting.
- Curious about the borders, Antlerpaw spent a lot of time on patrols and was known to make friends from other clans (to her mentors concern), but they never seemed to go past friendship and the Antler kept her distance (for now).
- Made a warrior at 13 moons and given the name Antlerheart for her outspoken, self-confident, charismatic personality as well as her habit of being chatty and friendly.
- Began to be courted by a loner around the age of 15 moons, but cut it off. Not because she didn't like the tom, but she got a bad feeling from him.
- Given her first apprentice at 18 moons. A little tom named Owlpaw. He was very much like her in personality and training proved to be a breeze.
- SkyClan arrived around the time Antlerheart was 22 moons. Unlike most, Antler was excited and curious of the new cats and often seeks them out at gatherings.
- Owlpaw becomes Owlburr when Antlerheart is 24 moons.
